Your day, worry-free
When you choose the Experience menu format, our team runs the catering and the timing of the celebration from set-up to the last dance. Since we only do one wedding a day, that team is yours alone.
Before the wedding
Menu tasting for the couple and a planning meeting to finalise the timing, the seating plan and all your wishes.
Set-up and tables
Cocktail and banquet set-up, place cards, table numbers and menu cards, welcome corner and memory box.
Welcome drink
Your guests arrive to find us waiting with a drink, while you enjoy your ceremony.
Banquet timing
The couple’s entrance, course service, speeches, toast and symbolic cake, each at the right moment.
Looking after your guests
Allergies and intolerances, kids’ and teens’ menus, and special care for your older guests.
